By July 5, 2012 January 28th, 2015 No Comments

As the BBC reports, HIV home testing kits are expected to be on sale in the USA very soon, following their approval by the country’s Food and Drug Administration. BBC WM’s Graham Torrington asked us onto his show last night to talk about this development.

You can use the player above to hear the Medical Director of Savng Lives, the charity’s Director of Operations, Dan Hartland, and our patient advocate Peter discuss the implications of the home testing kit, and why we should welcome them, but ensure that they are introduced responsibly and with the proper support and information provided.
