Many, many congratulations to Birmingham City for their victory in the Carling Cup Final on Sunday – a line-up featuring some of our very own All Star patrons defeated Arsenal 2 goals to 1 in order to lift the Blues’ first trophy in 48 years. That’s a huge achievement for Alex McLeish and his team, and Ben Foster won man of the match and the Alan Hardaker trophy for his towering performance in the Birmingham goal.
Commiserations to Arsenal, of course, who along with Blues agreed to feature our campaign prominent in the match day programme – for which thanks should go to both of them.
