Megan Clarke was part of the team that won the 2011 Under-18s water polo national championships – folowing up that victory by coming second in both 2012 and 2013. She was selected for the Under-17s Girls’ Squad, playing against both Spain and Cataluña in Barcelona.

“In May of 2013, I spent a day working in an HIV clinic alongside some of the nurses and consultants,” says Megan. “I spoke to many HIV positive people about their HIV, how they felt about it and the prejudice towards them and how they dealt with everything. That was when I became involved with Saving Lives.”

Megan’s ambitions include a career in psychology, and studying at university in the USA. She swims nationally with Leamington Spa swimming club.
