Leicester, England and GB forward Katie Long believes in Saving Lives: “Saving Lives is a great charity because its message is so simple and powerful. Taking an HIV test doesn’t affect your mortgage or your life insurance, but it could save your life – and those of your partners.”Katie is one to watch in ladies’ hockey – a fiery forward at Leicester Hockey Club, she has also been selected for England’s Indoor Championships side. She scored six goals in five games for her country at the tournament in February 2012, and the team secured a silver medal and promotion to European hockey’s top tier.

Katie’s now at the Saving Lives’s top table, too – and we’re proud to have her aboard!
